HOW TO REACH US
Stone Productions has relocated! No photos yet, since we're still unpacking but our new digs are bigger and better with more room for our edit suite and office.

Rich got to try out our new waterproof HMI while working for ABC at Hurricane Frances in Florida. The bron HMI 400 kept going for over two hours in a driving rain as Rich and correspondent Barbara Pinto waited for their live hit during "Good Morning America."

Our music video for Special Olympics of Tennessee is now complete, making its debut at the opening ceremonies of the summer games in Nashville. Many thanks to members of Nashville's production community who helped make this music video possible. First and foremost, Steve Ivey, of Ivey Music International who wrote the terrific song, "Heart of a Lion." We are also extremely grateful to Audio Technician, Thomas Morrison of Morrison Sound who ran audio for our group shots (see photos); Matt Singleton, who helped light the shoot and did some editing on the piece and Tonya Glasgow, who helped coordinate Special Olympians at the shoot.

Kudos also go to the Special Olympians themselves who spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon inside a gym to help us get the shots we needed to finish the production. Cathy T. Rader of Metro Nashville Parks (and Special Olympics volunteer) also deserves a big thank you for her perseverance in securing a location for the shoot for the final shoot of this project. Rodney King and Steve Senn deserve our sincere thanks as well for shooting events during Special Olympics competitions. (Click HERE to view the finished video.)

Production also wrapped on CMT's "Ultimate Home," which Rich shot for Sage Productions. One of the highlights was getting to shoot (now ex) Tennessee Titan Eddie George and his area of the house -- the backyard pool.

Documentaries and segments which will be seen on ABC's "20/20," NBC's "Dateline," The History Channel and PBS nationally have also been keeping Rich busy. "Dateline" is set to devote an entire hour this fall to the documentary to the Eaglettes, a legendary women's high school basketball team in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Rich worked for many months with "Dateline" producers chronicling players' stories on and off court. In addition, he shot part of an educational project for Disney.

As usual, Stone Productions oversaw the multi-camera webcast of Vanderbilt University's commencement ceremonies. There were two days of production this year, as National Security Advisor Condeleeza Rice addressed students on Senior Day. Because the event drew national attention, Stone Productions' feed was made available to every major news outlet across the country.

We love our Travel Channel shoots and the segment on a Gingerbread bakery in Nashville was no exception. There was plenty of frosting and candy on hand as nearly 20 kids decorated gingerbread houses for the program, "Food Crazy," which will be telecast around Christmas.
